LE VIN PARFAIT PR

Et voilà, je jette l’œil sur les réseaux sociaux et je m’aperçois que c’est le #pastaday.

Je décide donc de vérifier le ‘made in Italy’ que j’ai dans mon stock et bien sûr j’ai des pâtes complètes (clin d’oeil au régime ), des brocolis, de l’ail, du poivre, du piment, des olives taggiasche d’Italie du Nord, de l’huile d’olive de la région de Venetie e du pecorino Romano. C’est fait, voici ma contribution au #Pastaday car chez nous ‘la pasta’ c’est sacrée, et il y a que nous (les italiens) qui en connaissons tous les secrets.

Le vin? Un vin français bien sûr, car à chacun son boulot, un vin de Bordeaux. Un 100% Merlot du Domaine du Prince Sarment.
Fin et élégant ce vin à une histoire qui m’a séduit, raconté par le vigneron très réputé François des Ligneris que j’ai eu la chance de connaître il y a 3 mois et d’y passer une soirée avec à Saint Emilion.

L’étiquette raconte l’histoire d’un oiseaux, surnommé Prince Sarment.
Sur la rétro étiquette on retrouve la phrase: vignoble et vin travaillés avec r.e.s.p.e.c.t. “Répertoire Élémentaire de Simples Pratiques Environnementales Culturelles et Technique”
C’est le “credo” de François de Ligneris fondateur et coeur vivant pendant 30 ans de ‘l’Envers du Décor’ à Saint Emilion, une institution de ce lieu magique.

Ce vin est magnifique avec ses fruits, la soie, et le velours . C’est la lumière du ciel qui se fond avec l’océan. ..

Dopo tante foto di bottiglie e vigneti riesco finalmente a farvi assaggiare qualche vino del Paese dei Cedri.

In questa serata ( al Ristorante Libanese Tabulé di Verona, Via Mazza, 4/a)  racconteremo come il Libano sia uno dei Paesi che vanta un’antichissima tradizione enologica. Un Paese con un clima molto favorevole alla coltivazione della vite, di cui i Fenici sono stati i pionieri, esportando poi questo savoir faire in tutta l’area Mediterranea.
La zona più conosciuta in Libano è la valle della Bekaa, ma scopriremo insieme che ci sono altre zone e che sempre più la viticoltura prende piede anche come affermazione di una un’appartenenza culturale e sociale

Vinitour: discovering wine and vineyards in Lebanon during the most important wine festival of Middle-East

The first wine tours in Lebanon, wine tours focused in the discovery of the ancient art of wine making in the land of cedars.

  • October 2, 2017 : Departure at 9.00 a.m. for visiting the Cave du Monastere de Saint Jean. Visit of village of Mtein and the Palace of the Emir. On to the winery Chateau Oumsiyat, lunch to the restaurant with Cynthia (Member ASE) and Joseph Bou Sleiman producer and owner of the Chateau.

8.30 pm: departure for Retro Active Bar & Grill in Beirut for having dinner

 

 

  • October 3, 2017:

We will leave the Hotel Riviera for one night, be sure to have a little luggage for one night in one other hotel in the Bekaa Valley, the big luggage will remain in the hotel Riviera.

8.00 am: departure for Baalbek, visit of the archeological park

1.40 pm : tour and tasting in Château KSARA

3.30 pm: Departure for Domaine des Tourelles, tour and tasting.

6.00pm:: Check-in Hotel Delora in Chtura

7.30 : Dinner to Restaurant
